| 摘 要： | 分析了自由曲面零件隐形眼镜盒的结构，并借助曲面造型软件Pro／E对隐形眼镜盒进行建模．通过对制件的工艺分析，确定模具结构，并利用EMX完成模具的设计．设计中采用一模两腔、侧浇口的形式，成型块以及斜导柱分型抽芯机构．

| Abstract: | By the analysis of the free surface parts contact lenses box structure ,the paper is to build the model with the surface modeling software Pro/E. Through the analysis of the prod- uct,to make sure the mold structure and complete the mold design by EMX. Applied to the design of the two cavity, the side gate, molding block as well as oblique guide column part-ing core-pulling mechanism. |
