手工自蔓延焊接焊缝组织性能研究

摘    要:手工自蔓延焊接是一种基于燃烧合成技术和手工电弧焊方法,借鉴熔焊和钎焊焊接机理,以燃烧型焊条为焊接材料的新型焊接方法。对Q235钢的焊接焊缝组织及力学性能的研究表明:焊缝冶金结合良好,线扫描曲线表明焊缝区存在明显的过渡区,强化了结合;其抗拉强度可达350MPa,抗弯强度可达1000MPa,完全适用于焊接应急抢修。

Abstract:Manual SHS welding is a new kind of welding technique based on combustion synthesis technology and manual arc welding technique, which drew lessons from the mechanisms of fusion welding and braze welding. The material of manual SHS welding is a combustion welding rod. The microstructure and mechanical properties of welds of Q235 steel were investigated by SEM, micro-hardness tester and tensile tester. The results show that the interfaces of the joints and matrix are excellent metallurgical bonding, and exist the obvious transition region in the welding seam area, which makes the inter-face combination strengthened.The tension strength and flexional strength reach 350 MPa and 1000 MPa respectively.This technology is especially suitable for the emergent maintenance by welding.
