论东北朝鲜族新农村建设的特点

十一五"期间,东北朝鲜族村整体步入"小康社会"。这一成果得益于新农村建设的成就。率先全面步入"小康社会"的东北朝鲜族开始以新农村建设为契机全面建设小康社会,它们的发展可以成为少数民族新农村建设的典范。从建设示范性、发展超前性、产业优势性和地缘族缘优势性研究东北朝鲜族新农村建设的特点,总结"十一五"东北朝鲜族新农村建设,为"十二五"民族地区的新农村建设提供一个值得借鉴的发展思路。

Discussion on the characteristics of building a new village for the northeast Korean nationality

During the "11th Five-year Plan",the northeast Korean village has stepped into "a well-off society".This result is a benefit from the achievements of new village construction.The northeast Korean village takes a lead in entering "a well-off society" roundly.They seized the chance in the beginning of new village construction,becoming a pacemaker in building a new village for the minorities.This paper researches the characteristics of building a new village for the northeast Korean nationality from the characteristics of construction demonstration,leading in the development,industrial superiority,and geological and ethnological advantages,summarizes the construction of a new village for the northeast Korean nationality during the "11th Five-year Plan",providing a new train of thoughts which would be a reference for the construction of a new village for the minorities concentrated area during the "12th Five-year Plan".
