基于ISO/IEC 14443A协议的读卡器设计

摘    要:为了解决目前超高频射频读卡器设计广泛采用专用RFID芯片而涉及国外相关知识产权的问题,文中通过对ISO/IEC 14443 TYPE A协议的物理参数指标的分析,用分离元件的方法实现低成本、小体积的硬件电路系统的设计;并通过对该协议通信防冲突机制的分析,给出了软件实现方法。本方法实现电路简单,拥有自主的知识产权,具有一定的推广价值。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of the intellectual property rights involving foreign RFID chips in the design of ultra-high frequency radio frequency readers, this paper, based on analysis of the physical parameters of protocol ISO/IEC 14443 TYPE A, and by using separate elements to achieve the design of low-cost, small size hardware system. And through analysis on conflict-prevention communication mechanism, a method of software implementation is given. The scheme is easy in circuit implementation and possesses independent intellectual property rights, and is of certain significance for popularization.
