摘    要:报道了一种新型的二极管泵浦全固态激光器,采用了热助推泵浦技术,用峰值功率为1600W的885nm半导体面阵侧面泵浦板条Nd:YAG晶体,获得了单脉冲能量110mJ的1064nm激光输出,光光效率为24%,斜率效率为34%。

Abstract:A new type diode laser pumped solid state laser is reported.Thermally boosted pumping technology has been employed.885nm QCW diode plane arrays is customized with 1600W peak power,which was used to pumping a slab Nd:YAG crystal,110mJ single pulse energy at 1064nm was obtained,light-to-light efficiency reaches 24% and slope efficiency is 34%.
