苏里格气田特殊开采模式下的气井产能计算方法

摘    要:苏里格气田目前已进入大规模建产开发阶段,在现有开采模式下通过优化简化工艺,气井普遍不再采用“一点法”放空求产,压裂排液结束后直接接入流程生产。在此条件下,现场摸索出一套气井产能计算的新方法,该方法是以前期勘探、评价阶段的气井测试资料为基础,从气井压裂排液过程中短期压力恢复速度与无阻流量之间的关系入手,通过归纳分析和进一步推导,最终确定两者之间的线性关系进而获得气井产能的计算新方法。该方法是针对苏里格型气田特殊开采模式下气井产能评价的一种尝试,经过验证表明该方法简便实用。

Abstract:The Sulige gas field has already been in the large scale construction and development phase. In the existing mining pattern,  "One Point Method " for venting to acquire production is generally no longer used in gas wells through the simplification and optimization process. Instead, the process production after the end of fracture cleanup is directly applied. Under this condition, a set of new methods to calculate the gas well production capacity is developed. The method, based on the gas well test data of the preliminary exploration and evaluation phase, starting with the relationship between the short term pressure restoration rate and the open flow capacity in the process of gas well fracture cleanup and analyzing through the inductions and further deductions, determines the linear relationship between the two, and then obtains a new method to calculate the gas well production capacity. This method is a beneficial attempt to evaluate the gas well productivity under the special mining patterns of the Sulige gas field and proves to be simple and practical in actual uses on fields.
