Study on the process for producing rare earth metallong phosphorescentphosphor

Effect of factors like raw material purity,constant temper ature-keeping time, addition ofreductant and temperature-lowering way on the phosphorescentbrightness and lasting time ofthe RE phosphor has been stud ied. When Al₂O₃ (99%) andanalyticallypure SrCO₃ are used as raw material, un der the condition of takingactivated carbon as reductant, keepingconstant tem perature for 3 hours and naturallylowering the temperature, high-qua-lity p hosphor product canbe produced. The cost islowered and the process is simplifi ed.
