WC-10Co-4Cr粉末及涂层性能研究

摘    要:采用北京矿冶研究总院生产的WC-10Co-4Cr复合粉末作为喷涂材料,对该粉末的流动性、松装密度、表面形貌、元素分布等物理性能进行了分析。采用HVOF喷涂法制备WC-10Co-4Cr涂层,测试了涂层的结合强度和显微硬度,并利用HITACHIS-3500型扫描电子显微镜对涂层的显微组织进行了分析。研究结果表明:北京矿冶研究总院生产的WC-10Co-4Cr复合粉末具有良好的物理性能。采用HVOF喷涂制备的WC-10Co-4Cr涂层的连续性和致密度良好,且具有高硬度和结合强度,涂层中各组分分布均匀,没有明显的偏析现象。

Abstract:WC-10Co-4Cr compound powder for thermal spraying was produced by BGRIMM in this paper.Flowability 、 density 、 surface morphology and element distribution of the coating were investigated.WC-10Co-4Cr coating was prepared on No.45 steel substrate by means of high velocity oxy-fuel spraying (HVOF).Coating adhesion and hardness were studied.Morphology of coating was analyzed by HITACHIS-3500 microscope.The results indicated that WC-10Co-4Cr compound powder has better physical properties.The coating prepared by HVOF showed excellent not only in continuity and compactness but also in hardness and adhesion.The element distributed equally without segregation.
