摩托车用载体结构对排气背压影响的试验研究

摘    要:将摩托车用金属载体放入背压操作台的装置中,选定压力范围,选择自动模式下的定流量模式,给定流量值,进行不同结构参数载体背压数据的分析比较,研究结果表明:载体结构参数对排气背压的影响显著,目数越多、箔片越厚、长度越长、直径越小,排气背压越大,同心圆型载体背压要低于双S型载体。

Abstract:To place the metal carrier for motorcycles in the device of the back pressure console and select the pressure range,the constant flow mode in the automatic mode,and the flow value,and the back pressure data of different structural parameters can be analyzed and compared.The results showed that the carrier structure parameters had a significant impact on the exhaust back pressure.The more mesh,the thicker foil,the longer length and short diameter could generate larger exhaust back pressure,and the back pressure of the concentric circular carrier was lower than that of the double S type carrier.
