| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨湿润烧伤膏治疗化疗后口腔溃疡的效果。方法：将68例化疗后口腔溃疡患者随机分为实验组（36例）和对照组（32例）。观察组采用湿润烧伤膏治疗，按口腔溃疡程度涂药；对照组采用0．02％洗必泰液治疗。结果：实验组疗效显著优于对照组（P〈0．05），治疗时间显著短于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：湿润烧伤膏治疗化疗后口腔溃疡安全、有效，值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the curative effect of MEBO on treating oral ulcers resulted from chemotherapytumors. Method： 68 patients with oral ulcers resulted from chemotherapy were randomly divided into experimental group （36） and control group （32） . Patients in experimental group were treated with MEBO, and the dosage was applied according to ulcer degree. The other group was treated with 0. 02% chlorhexidine. Results： The curative effect of former group was significantly better than that of the latter group （ p 〈 0.05 ）, and therapy time in experimental group is significantly shorter than that in control group （p 〈0. 01 ） . Conclusion： MEBO is a safe, effective method for treating oral ulcers resulted from chemotherapy, and worthy of popularization. |
