血清TPS浓度在消化道肿瘤中价值的研究

共选择３０例消化道肿瘤病人，其中食管癌，胃癌，大肠癌各１０例，设健康献血者３０例，对两组血清特异型组织多肽抗原浓度进行了检测，结果肿瘤组血清ＴＰＳ浓度明显高于健康人。消化道肿瘤阳性检出经达７０％，其中食管癌８０％，胃癌６０％，大肠癌７０％。消化道肿瘤合并淋巴转移阳性检出率达７６．９％，其中食管癌１００％，胃癌６６．７％，大肠癌７０．０％。随着病程发展，血清ＴＰＳ浓度呈现升高趋势。

Assessment of concentration of serum TPS as a valuable marker for digestive tract cancer

In this study, 30 patients with digestive tract cancers were selected for assessing the value of tissue polypeptide specific antigen (TPS) as a specific cancer marker. The results displayed that the concentration of TPS in serum of patients was higher than that in normal persons (P<0.001). The detectable rate was 70% in all patients with cancers of digestive tract and was 80% in patients with esophagus cancer, 60% in patients with stomach cancer, 70% in patients with colon cancer. In patients with gastrointestinal cancers and lymph node metastasis, the rate was 76.9% , and in patients with esophagus cancer, stomach cancer and colon cancer with lymph node metastasis, the rates were 100%, 66.7% and 70.0%, respectively. The concentration of serum TPS increased with progressing of cancer. These results suggest that high detectable rate of TPS may exist in patients with metastasis into lymph node and the rate is dosely correlated with clinical staging, i.e. the higher the serum TPS level, the worse the prognosis.
