驳接式玻璃板面外受弯承载性能的有限元分析研究

摘    要:近年来,驳接式玻璃幕墙在现代建筑中得到了应用和推广。本文在仅考虑玻璃板面外受弯的情况下,通过有限元软件ANSYS作了比较,将模型1(考虑了垫层)和模型2(既考虑垫层又考虑垫层和玻璃板之间的摩擦滑移)进行了比较,并通过改变模型的几何参数讨论各种参数对玻璃板和驳接件承载性能的影响。研究结果表明:玻璃板厚度和驳接件大小对玻璃板的最大应力和挠度影响较大,而驳接件的厚度以及垫层的参数变化对玻璃板的最大应力和挠度影响较小;垫层对玻璃板的应力影响很小而对减小驳接件的内应力效果很显著;本文在定义平均节点转角的基础上,增大垫层厚度和减小垫层的弹性模量均会增大玻璃板的平均节点转角,但实际的节点平均转角很小。有限元与规范中点支式幕墙中玻璃板的设计方法的比较结果表明规范中规定驳接式玻璃板公式的必要性。

Abstract:In recent years,a new type of glass curtain wall,overlap-connected system,has been applied and promoted in modern architectures.This paper,based on the out-of-plane bending of glass panel,makes parametric study on the model 1(considering cushion) and model 2(considering both cushion and friction between cushion and surface of glass panel) by FEM software ANSYS.Furthermore,by changing the geometric parameters,their effects on the capacity of glass panel are investigated.The study demonstrates that the thickness of glass panel and the size of connector have greater influence on the maximal tensional stress and deflection of glass panel than the thickness of connector and cushion;cushion significantly decrease the stress of connector despite its negligible effect on glass panel.After defining the average rotational angle in joint zone,it is found that the increase of the thickness and the decrease of Young's modulus of the cushion can increase the rotational angle,though the average rotation is tiny.Comparison between FEM models and the design method for the point-supported panel in current code has illustrated the necessity to specify the clauses for the glass panel with overlap connectors.
