摘    要:应用氧乙炔焰喷焊Al2O3-Ni基粉金属陶瓷复合材料,对其喷焊工艺性和耐磨性及机理进行了研究.结果表明,在镍基合系中加入少量氧化铝,其喷焊工艺性能良好,喷焊层的耐磨性能得到提高.

Abstract:The cermet Al2O3 - Ni base powder is sprayed by oxy-acetylene flame. The usability ofspray fusing and wear behaviour and mechanism of spraying layer are studied. The experimental results prove that the nickel base alloy with a small quantity of Al2O3 have better usability,and fusinglayer'S wear behaviour can be improved remarkably.
