| 摘 要： | 目的:建立尿毒康合剂中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法。方法:用高效液相色谱法测定黄芪甲苷的含量。结果:黄芪甲苷的平均回收率为97.6%,相对标准偏差RSD=0.55%。结论:本方法准确可靠,灵敏度高,重现性好,可作为尿毒康合剂质量控制的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish the content determination of Astragaloside IV in the Niaodukang misture.Method:To determine the content of Astragaloside IV by HPLC.Result: the average recovery rate of Astragaloside IV reaches 97.6%,RSD=0.55%.Conclusion: this kind of method is accurate,sensitive,and can be repeated well,so it can be an effective method to control the qualify of Niaodukang misture. |
