摘    要:为了提高煤矿安全监控系统传感器调校管理水平,通过研究相关行业标准和安全监控系统数据,结合现场调校管理情况,设计了传感器调校管理的软件功能,并对调校达标自动分析方法、调校流程和可视化展现等关键环节设计进行分析。相关管理功能、分析方法和流程,可显著提高传感器调校管理水平和现场调校效率,且可应用于不同厂家的煤矿安全监控系统,具有较高的推广价值。

Abstract:In order to improve the sensor adjustment management level of coal mine safety monitoring system,through researching relevant industry standards and safety monitoring system data,combined with on-site adjustment management,the software function of sensor calibration management was designed,and the automatic analysis method and adjustment of calibration standards were adjusted.Key process design such as school process and visual presentation were analyzed.Relevant management functions,analysis methods and processes can significantly improve the sensor calibration management level and on-site adjustment efficiency,and can be applied to coal mine safety monitoring systems of different manufacturers with high promotion value.
