摘    要:为了解决煤矿燃煤小锅炉热源替代的问题,以及低浓度瓦斯直接外排导致环境污染以及资源浪费的现象,结合煤矿低浓度瓦斯利用现状与用能需求,提出了在新的环保形势下的煤矿低浓度瓦斯综合供能系统。依据低浓度瓦斯蓄热氧化的运行原理,分析了该综合供能系统的特点。从瓦斯浓度控制以及氧化后热能利用这2个方面,研究了低浓度瓦斯综合供能系统的控制方法。以丁集煤矿低浓度瓦斯利用项目为例,结合运行数据表明,该综合供能系统能有效的进行瓦斯浓度以及热能的调节,达到预期效果。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of replacing the heat source of small coal-fired boiler in coal mine,In order to solve the problem of heat source substitution of coal-fired small boilers in coal mines,and the phenomenon of environmental pollution and resource waste caused by direct discharge of low concentration gas.Based on the current situation of low concentration gas utilization and energy demand in coal mines,a comprehensive energy supply system of low concentration gas in coal mines under the new environmental protection situation is proposed.According to the operation principle of regenerative oxidation of low concentration gas,the characteristics of the comprehensive energy supply system are analyzed.From two aspects of gas concentration control and thermal energy utilization after oxidation,the control method of low concentration gas integrated energy supply system was studied.Taking the low concentration gas utilization project in Dingji Coal Mine as an example,combined with operation data,it shows that the comprehensive energy supply system can effectively regulate gas concentration and heat energy,and achieve the desired results.
