| Abstract: | This paper reviews recent advances in research on antigens for use in serodiagnosis of echinococcosis and new progress on gene recombination technology and synthetic peptides.The paper also emphasizes the importance of identification and isolation of new antigenic components with high diagnostic sensitivity and specificity in order to improve the effectiveness of immunodiagnosis of echinococcosis. |
