胃肠道肥大细胞与肠神经系统的相互作用

作为胃肠道免疫系统重要成员的肥大细胞与肠神经系统(ENS)间存在复杂的相互作用,其对胃肠道正常功能的维持至关重要,并与一些疾病的发生密切相关。本文综述了肥大细胞与ENS相互作用的解剖学基础和分子生物学机制及其在胃肠道疾病病理生理学机制中的作用,为探讨相关疾病新的治疗靶点提供了线索。

Interactions between Mast Cells and Enteric Nervous System in Gastrointestinal Tract

Mast cells known as one of the most important members of immune system in gastrointestinal tract have close and complicated interactions with enteric nerve system （ENS）. It plays a crucial role in the maintaining of gastrointestinal function. Furthermore, many gastrointestinal disorders are reported to be associated with the alteration in mast cells-ENS interactions. This review focused on the anatomical evidences as well as molecular biological mechanisms of the mutual association between mast cells and ENS, and its potential role in the pathogenesis of gastrointestinal disorders, which might be helpful in finding new therapeutic targets for related diseases.
