新疆艾比湖地区生态足迹与生态承载力研究

摘    要:文章对艾比湖地区2003年的生态足迹进行了计算和分析。结果显示,2003年艾比湖地区的人均生态足迹为4.222hm^2,而实际生态承载力为3.193hm^2,人均生态赤字为1.029hm^2。表明艾比湖地区的发展模式处于一种不可持续的状态。从该区人均生态足迹的供给需求结构看,耕地、建筑用地、林地、化石燃料用地出现人均生态赤字,表明艾比湖地区经济发展处于初级阶段,主要以消耗当地土地和能源资源来满足人们最基本的生活需求。水域、草地虽出现人均生态盈余,但这并不意味着绝对生态供给丰富,主要与地方采取的改善生态环境质量措施等有关。

Abstract:The paper sum up the ecological footprint of Ebinur Lake region in 2003.The conclusion is: the ecological footprint of Ebinur Lake region is 4.222hm~2 percapita,the ecological capacity of Ebinur Lake region is 3.193hm~2 percapita,the ecological deficit is 1.029hm~2 percapita.The development model of Ebinur Lake region is not sustainable.From supply demand structure of per capita ecological footprint in Ebinur Lake region,land used for cultivated land,building site,forest land,fossil fuel present the per capita ecological deficit,indicate at primary stage of economic development of Ebinur Lake region,and mainly meet the most basic life demands of people with consuming local land and energy resource.Although the per capita ecological surplus appears on the water areas,meadow,it does not mean that the absolute ecology is supplied with abundantly,mainly relate to improvement ecological environmental quality measure taken in place,etc.
