摘    要:为研究盾构在上软下硬地层工况下盾构斜穿建筑群的安全稳定性,以深圳地铁14号线四坳区间为工程依托,建立盾构穿越建筑群实际工况的1∶1模型,研究在盾构下穿建筑物过程中在不同土仓压力和注浆加固联合作用下地表沉降的变形规律。通过研究不同土仓压力下的地表变形,对土仓压力进行变量分析,提出在此工况下最佳的土仓压力控制值;并基于施工建议土仓压力值对盾构下穿建筑物的不同加固深度进行研究,得出了保证建筑物稳定的7m最小加固深度,确保建筑物稳定,为同类工程提供施工建议。

Abstract:In order to analyze the safety and stability of shield tunneling across the building group under the condition of upper soft and lower hard stratum,based on Siao section of Shenzhen metro line 14,a 1:1 model of shield tunneling through buildings has been established.The deformation laws of ground surface settlement under the combined action of different soil pressure and grouting reinforcement were analyzed in the process of shield passing through buildings.By analyzing the surface deformation under different soil bin pressures,variable analysis of soil bin pressure was carried out,and the optimal control value of soil bin pressure under this condition was proposed.Based on the recommended soil bin pressure value,this paper analyzed the different reinforcement depth of the shield under the building,and concluded that 7 m is the minimum reinforcement depth to ensure the stability of the building,which can provide construction suggestions for similar projects.
