麝香通心滴丸治疗高龄冠心病并肺部感染患者的疗效及对IL-6、PCT水平的影响

目的探讨麝香通心滴丸治疗高龄冠心病并肺部感染患者的疗效及对白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、降钙素原(PCT)水平的影响。方法前瞻性选取2018年9月至2020年8月秦皇岛市第二医院收治的120例冠心病并肺部感染患者,随机数字表法分成常规组与研究组,各60例。常规组给予基础治疗,研究组在基础治疗上加麝香通心滴丸治疗。观察并记录2组患者治疗前、治疗4周后的每周心绞痛发作次数及持续时间、肺部啰音持续时间及退热时间及血浆IL-6、PCT水平,并评估整体临床疗效。结果治疗前,2组患者心绞痛发作次数及持续时间、肺部啰音持续时间、退热时间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4周后,研究组患者心绞痛发作次数(6.04±1.31)次/周]明显少于常规组(3.31±0.86)次/周],心绞痛发作持续时间、肺部啰音持续时间、退热时间为(2.35±0.52)min、(6.38±1.27)d、(2.13±0.72)d,均明显短于常规组(5.24±0.73)min、(9.53±1.93)d、(4.85±1.03)d],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,研究组总有效率为96.67%,显著高于常规组的78.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组患者血浆IL-6、PCT水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4周后,研究组患者血浆IL-6、PCT水平为(11.36±5.21)ng/L、(3.15±0.22)μg/L,均明显低于常规组(19.61±6.45)ng/L、(5.77±1.06)μg/L],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麝香通心滴丸可改善冠心病与肺部感染症状,并具有较好的炎症反应抑制作用,是临床治疗高龄冠心病合并肺部感染的有效药物。

Efficay of Shexiang Tongxin Dropping Pill in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with lung infection and its influence on IL-6 and PCT levels

Objective To explore the efficacy of Shexiang Tongxin Dropping Pills in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and pulmonary infection and their influence on interleukin-6(IL-6)and procalcitonin(PCT)levels.Methods From September 2018 to August 2020,120 patients with coronary heart disease and pulmonary infection admitted to Qinhuangdao Second Hospital were prospectively selected,and were divided into the routine group and the study group by a random number table method,60 cases each.The routine group was given basic treatment,and the study group was given the basic treatment and Shexiang Tongxin Dripping Pills.The weekly number and duration of angina pectoris,lung rales duration and antipyretic time,the levels of plasma IL-6 and PCT before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment in the two groups were observed and recorded,and the overall clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the number and duration of angina pectoris,the duration of pulmonary rales,and the antipyretic time between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after 4 weeks of treatment,the number of angina pectoris in the study group(6.04±1.31)times/week]was significantly less than that of the routine group(3.31±0.86)times/week],the duration of angina pectoris,the duration of lung rales,and the time of antipyretic in the study group were(2.35±0.52)min,(6.38±1.27)d and(2.13±0.72)d,which were significantly shorter than those in the routine group(5.24±0.73)min,(9.53±1.93)d,(4.85±1.03)d],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 78.33%of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the levels of plasma IL-6 and PCT in the two groups were not statistically different(P>0.05);after 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of plasma IL-6 and PCT in the study group were(11.36±5.21)ng/L and(3.15±0.22)μg/L,which were significantly lower than those in the routine group(19.61±6.45)ng/L,(5.77±1.06)μg/L],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shexiang Tongxin Dropping Pills can improve symptoms of coronary heart disease and lung infection,And has a good inhibitory effect on inflammatory response,it is an effective drug for clinical treatment of elderly coronary heart disease complicated with pulmonary infection.
