| 摘 要： | <正> 一、引言 Monte Carlo模拟的方法可以较精确地反映材料和器件内部的热电子效应和热噪声的影响。它的限制主要在于耗费了大量的计算机时间。通过实践,本文提出了Monte Carlo模拟的全表格化处理方法。这种方法能以少量存贮空间为代价,大幅度减少计算时间,并保证足够精度。
