新疆生产建设兵团育龄妇女叶酸知识知晓情况调查

目的:了解新疆生产建设兵团育龄妇女叶酸知识知晓情况。方法:采取整群分层、四阶段、概率比例抽样方法随机抽样,共调查育龄妇女7333人;对影响兵团育龄妇女叶酸知晓率的因素进行单因素和非条件Logistic逐步回归分析。结果:兵团育龄妇女的叶酸知晓率为31.37%;居住在师直、年龄25～34岁、汉族、受教育程度高、已婚、从事非农业、家庭年收入高、经常看书报杂志、近2年收到过生殖健康宣传材料的妇女叶酸知晓率高。结论:应积极采取叶酸增补干预措施,加强健康教育,重点加强农村、未婚和少数民族妇女叶酸知识的普及,促进经济发展,提高妇女受教育程度是提高育龄妇女叶酸知晓率的根本途径。

Investigation and analysis on women of reproductive age about folacin knowledge awareness in Xinjiang production and construction corps

Objective:To investigate the folacin knowledge awareness on women of reproductive age in Xinjiang production and construction corps.Methods:A total number of 7 333 women of reproductive age were investigated through sampling method of delamination,4 phases,probability scale.Statistic analysis was performed using SPSS/PC 13.0 statistical software and through single-factor and two-variable Logistic regression analysis.Results:Findings showed that the rate of folacin knowledge awareness reached 31.37%.It was higher awareness rate that women of reproductive age with living the city,age of 25～34,Han people,high education level,married,job of un-agriculture,high family economic level,reading books and newspapers constandly,received posts of family reproductive health in two years later.Conclusion:The corps must actively take measure of supplying folacin and strength health education.The emphases is attention of knowledge gained in country women,unmarried women,minority women.The basic approach of improving awareness rate is accelerating economic development and improving educational level of women.
