| 摘 要： | 骨髓间质干细胞（MSCs）移植是治疗炎症性肠病（IBD）的一种新方法，其可通过促进肠上皮重建修复受损组织，但其作用机制仍未完全明确。相关机制的研究主要集中在MSCs的多向分化、分泌细胞因子、调节肠道干细胞微环境三个方面。本文就相关研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) transplantation is a new approach for the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD),which enhances recovery from colitis by promoting regeneration of intestinal epithelium.However,its mechanism is still unclear.Studies mainly focused on three aspects: multilineage differentiation potential of MSCs,cytokines secretion,and modulation of microenvironment of intestinal stem cells.This article reviewed the recent progress in studies on related fields. |
