| 摘 要： | 介绍了全自动智能梳齿指接生产线自动翻转预紧装置的总体设计方案,给出了自动翻转预紧装置的设计依据和计算方式.阐述了自动翻转预紧装置的机械结构和工作原理,以及结构紧凑、运行平稳、控制方便等特点,根据其工作原理,完成了该控制系统的设计.此控制系统自动化程度高、效率高,具有很好的应用价值.
