尾气处理系统在SBS装置中的应用

摘    要:对苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)生产过程中尾气产生的原因及排放状况进行分析,提出采用冷凝法和催化氧化法相结合的方式对尾气进行综合处理,尾气处理系统的投用降低了SBS生产过程中的溶剂损耗,减少了有机物排放;尾气余热的再利用降低了低压蒸汽耗量,节能效果显著。

Abstract:It was analyzed that the cause of exhausts generating and the discharge volumes in process of production of styrene-butadiene-styrene(SBS) block copolymer,the exhausts treated synthetically by condensation combined with catalytic oxidation method implemented.Because the exhausts treatment system was applied the solvent loss and the discharge of organic gas were decreased in process of SBS production.Heat in the exhausts was recycled to reduced the consumption of lower-pressure steam.
