| 摘 要： | 目的探讨锁骨钩钢板在治疗锁骨远端骨折的应用与价值。方法总结2002年4月-2004年10月应用锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折患者21例疗效进行分析。结果全部患者骨性愈合，肩关节活动良好，无切口感染、内固定松动、骨折畸形愈合病例。结论锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折具有复位固定牢靠，术后可早期功能锻炼，并发症少，尤其适用NeerⅡ型骨折或合并肩锁关节脱位患者，值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the utilization and value in treating distal clavicle fracture by clavicular hook-plate. Methods To summary and analyze the curative effect of 21 cases who were treated distal clavicle fracture by clavicular hook-plate from 2002.4-2004.10. Results All eases were bone healing, and shoulder joint motion were good, and there were non ease with infection of ineisional wound, internal fixation relaxation and bone fracture deformity healing. Conclusions There is good effect in treating distal clavicle fracture by clavicular hook-plate, and the approach is worth to extend in clinic. |
