摘    要:采用三维光弹性法对扁挤压组合筒进行了力学分析,得出了组合筒仅受预紧力作用时装配面上的装配压力、等效应力以及若干截面上的应力分布情况。结果表明,装配面上的正压力分布并不均匀,根据装配面上装配压力均匀分布的假设得出的结果必然有较大的误差;沿轴向分布基本均匀,可以简化为平面问题来处理。

Abstract:The three-dimensional photoelastic method is used to analyze the stress of the double-layer flat container which is merely under the assembling pressure. The stress distribution(SD) along the assembling circumference,the SD along the longitudinal axis and the SD along the sections are all derived. The results indicate that the SD along the assembling circumference is not uniform,so the hypothesis based on the uniform SD will inevitably lead to errors. But the SD along the longitudinal axis is uniform,so it is reasonable to simplify such calculation as a plane problem.
