县级医院住院患者医院感染现患率调查分析

目的 了解基层县级医院医院感染现患率、抗菌药物使用、细菌培养标本送检等基本情况,发现并分析基层医院医院感染管理中存在的问题,为提高基层医院预防和控制医院感染的管理水平提供依据.方法 医院感染管理科以专职人员为主,抽调临床科室监控医师及监控护士协同,调查2011年3月23日0:00-24:00所有住院患者；采取床旁调查和查阅病历相结合的方法,将所有调查结果进行统计分析.结果 应调查住院患者360例,实际调查360例,实查率100.0％,发生医院感染6例,医院感染现患率为1.6％,感染部位以肺部感染为首,占66.6％,抗菌药物使用率为71.1％.结论 医院感染现患率调查快速有效,能及时发现存在问题并为有效开展目标性监测提供依据.

Prevalence rate of nosocomial infections in a county-level hospital

OBJECTIVE To understand the prevalence of nosocomial infections,the use of antibiotics,and the submission of bacterial culture,to find out and analyze the problems in the management of nosocomial infections so as to provide basis for improving the level of prevention and control of nosocomial infections.METHODS The full-time staff in department of infection control was the major group for this study,along with the doctors and nurses in charge of the monitoring,the survey was conducted for all the patients who were enrolled in the hospital during 0∶00-24∶00 on Mar 23 2011;statistical analysis of all the results was performed by bedside investigation combining with reviewing the medical records.RESULTS Of 360 patients being investigated,360 patients were actual for the investigation with the actual investigation rate of 100.0%,nosocomial infections occurred in 6 cases,the prevalence rate was 1.6%,pulmonary infections was predominant infections,accounting for 66.6%,and the utilization rate of antimicrobial agents was 71.1%.CONCLUSION Rapid and effective investigation of nosocomial infections can help to find the existing problems in a timely manner and provide basis for effectively developing targeted surveillance.
