上海市彭浦社区卫生服务中心实施健康教育与健康促进--社区高血压患者接受程度效果评价

目的评价社区高血压患者对社区卫生服务中心(站)实施健康教育与健康促进方法的接受性，了解社区高血压病人获得高血压防治知识的传媒途径与接受知识的传播媒体形式。方法用问卷调查表的形式对社区高血压患者进行入户调查。结果高血压患者接受高血压防治知识的传媒途径主要是社区卫生服务中心与社区卫生服务站，占61．91％；接受传播媒体的形式主要是社区卫生服务中心(站)提供的电视、黑板报、宣传手册与讲座，共占57．28％。结论需继续加强多来源、多途径、多种宣传渠道的高血压防治知识宣传，以提高社区高血压患者的接受率。

The Effectiveness Evaluation on the Pengpu Community Health Center Implementation of the Health Education and Health Promotion for Community Hypertension Patients

OBJECTIVE To assess the acceptability on the community hypertension patients accepted the health education and health promotion what the community health center (station) provided,and to understand the media pathway and forms how the hypertension patients obtain prevention knowledge.METHOD Face to face investigated patients by questionnaire.RESULTS Hypertension patients obtained the prevention knowledge pathway occupied 61.91%where come from the community health service center(station),the media forms of TV,black board,manuals and lectures had 57.28%provided by community health service center(station).CONCLUSIONS The knowledge of prevention and cure of hypertension patients should adopt more channels and methods so that enhance the acceptability rate of hypertension patients.
