| 摘 要： | 该文介绍了金坛市华罗庚纪念馆方案设计的主要构思，指出建筑方案的创作，面临着内在的（功能、内容、意义）和外在的（地段、景观、环境）等多种要素的制约。设计的过程，就是将这两方面的制约要素转化为触发要素，孕育出建筑内在的空间和外在的形体的过程。

| Abstract: | This article introduces the design of the Memorial for Hua Luogeng in Jintan, points out that the creation of architecture is under the restriction of the inner (such as function, content and meaning) and outer (such as district, sight and environment) conditions. The process of design is to translate such restriction into accelerants in order to create the interior space and exterior forms. |
