| 摘 要： | 通过测定大鼠心脏易损期内不同时刻的室颤阈,估价室颤阈反映心室易颤性的可靠程度。在易损期内不同时刻测得的室颤阈相差13.1±6.4mA。在加快心率、心得安和左冠脉结扎等因素的影响下,在易损期内不同时刻,室颤阈变化的程度相差很大。因此,用易损期中某一时刻的室颤阈反映心室易颤性是不太可靠的。用室颤阈的变化幅度反映某因素对心脏易颤性的影响程度也是不太精确的。本实验提示易损期时程可较好地反映心脏易颤性。

| Abstract: | To evaluate the reliability the as VFT as an index for heart vulnerability,in this study we determined
ventricular fibrillation thresholds(VFT)at different instances in vulnerable period of rats.VFT varied greatly in
different instances of the vulnerable period.The influences of cycle length shortening,propranolol and acute
ischemia on VFTs were markedly different at each instance of the vulnerable period.It seemed that a single VFT was
unable to reflect exactly heart vulnerability.It was also found in our study that to serve as an index for heart
vulnerability,the duraion of vulnerable period was better than VFT. |
