镶齿滑动牙轮钻头牙轮碎裂分析

摘    要:对在钻井过程中碎裂的牙轮进行了较全面的理化测试及分析工作之后,判明其碎裂的原因主要在于低应力脆性断裂。结合分析对象所采用的热处理工艺,开展了改进工艺的试验研究。改进工艺后的牙轮没有发现碎裂现象,并且延长了使用寿命。改进的热处理工艺,便于在制造厂应用。文章还提出一种强韧化热处理工艺方案,以求进一步提高钻头的使用寿命。


Studies on Broken Cones from carbide Tooth Bits with Journal Bearings
Abstract:A thorough study on some bit cores broken from rock bits is conducted on the basis of physical examinations and chemical analyses. It is revealed that the failures resulted mainly from low stress brittle fracture. In the light of the heat-treatment adopted by the manufacturer, experimental investigations are carried out to improve the heat-treatment procedures. The improvement results in no break and longer service life. The new procedure is thought to he appropriate to mass production. Additionally, a heat-treatment program of toughing process for further improvement is recommended in this paper.
