摘    要:目的 探讨高压氧(HBO)治疗脊髓损伤(SCI)的可能疗效及机制。方法 复制大鼠SCI模型,采用下同压力HBO治疗,进行常规HE及免疫组织化学染色,观察各组脊髓组织学及Bcl-6表达的变化。结果 损伤后,脊髓组织出血、水肿、空泡变性、神经纤维排列紊乱、断裂;Bcl-6强阳性表达于神经元细胞中。治疗组中,0.1 MPa HBO组的HE及免疫组织化学染色结果相似于损伤组;而0.25 MPa HBO组则组织水肿消失,出血、空泡变性减轻,神经细胞形态恢复,结构排列相对完整;Bcl-6的表达强度较损伤组明显下降。结论 Bcl-6的变化显示HBO治疗后脊髓组织的细胞已由趋于凋亡向修复转变;HBO治疗可阻止或减轻脊髓损伤的病理变化,有效修复脊髓组织的结构和功能。

Abstract:Objective To study the treatment effect and mechanism of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on spinal cord injury (SC'I). Methods Duplicated SCI model and treated with HBO in different pressures. Then observed the histologieal and expression changes of Bel-6 with HE and immunohistochemical staining. Results The results showed that there were hemorrhage, edema, vacuolation in spinal cord, disorder and fragmentation in nerve fibers after injury. Bcl-6 strongly positively expressed in neuron. The results of 0. 1 MPa HBO group was similar with that of injury group; in 0. 25 MPa HBO group, the edema abolished, the vac uolation relieved, the form of neurous cells recovered, and the structure arranged integritly. The degree of Bcl-6 expression de-creased comparing with the injury group. Conclusions The expression changes of Bcl-6 showed that the spinal cord cells con versed from apoptosis to recover. HBO can prevent or relieve the pathological changes of SCI, and can effectively recover the structure and function of spinal cord.
