论大学创新型人才培养的制度保障

大学创新型人才培养的对象应包括教师和学生两个主体,二者是相辅相成的关系。当前,大学校园内师生创新精神、创新意识存在着不同程度的缺失,而制约大学创新型人才培养的重要因素是大学管理制度,因此必须通过制度创新,包括调整学校教学和科研管理制度、改革教师及学生的评价制度、构建创新性教学内容、课程体系、大学文化等,来为创新型人才培养提供制度保障。

The Security System of the University Creative Talents Cultivation

The cultivation objects of the university creative talents should include both teachers and students,which may complement each other.In the current campus,teachers and their students are lack of the creative spirit and consciousness in varying degrees and the most important factor to restrict the nurturance of the innovative talents is the managerial system. In order to ensure the cultivation of the creative talents,we should improve the security system through the adjustment of college's teaching and researching methods,the reform of teachers and students' assessing criterion,construction of the new teaching contents and curriculum system,developing of the innovative university culture,etc.
