| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨针灸"足三里"及"关元"穴抗皮肤光老化的作用机制。方法:30只健康雌性Wistar大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组和针灸组;模型组和针灸组在紫外光疗仪灯正下方的1 m处照射10 min,每天1次,连续照射60天,建立光老化模型,其中针灸组在照射前0.5 h进行针灸,第61天检测皮肤组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量和过氧化氢酶(CAT)含量。结果:针灸"足三里"和"关元"穴能使光老化模型大鼠皮肤组织中的SOD活性、CAT活性升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),MDA含量降低(P<0.01)。结论:针灸足三里及关元穴能拮抗紫外诱导的皮肤光老化。
