摘    要:天然气凝析油是重要的石化原料,汞及汞化物的存在会降低凝析油产品的质量,造成设备的汞腐蚀,甚至危及操作人员的健康和安全,造成污染环境。为了减少汞的污染与危害,研究凝析油脱汞工艺十分必要。简要介绍了凝析油中汞含量的检测方法,重点分析了吸附剂脱汞工艺和IFP两阶段脱汞工艺,概述了目前国外应用较多的吸附剂。根据原料气的用途和实际操作条件,选择合理的脱汞工艺及相应的脱汞吸附剂,可以确保低温设备等免受汞的腐蚀,减少汞对周围环境的污染。

Abstract:Natural gas condensate is an important petrochemical raw material,mercury and mercury compounds in natural gas condensate will lower product quality and bring about mercury corrosion in condensate oil pipelines and equipment and endanger health and safety of operators and pollute the environment.In order to reduce mercury contamination and hazards,it is very necessary to study and develop technologies for removal of mercury from condensate oil.Described briefly are test methods for mercury content in condensate oil,analyzed are adsorbent mercury removal technology and IFP two-phase mercury removal technology and summarized are adsorbents widely used in other countries at present.Selected are suitable mercury removal technologies and proper mercury removal adsorbents according to feed gas application and actual operating conditions,which can ensure that mercury does not corrode low temperature equipment and pollution of mercury on the environment is reduced.
