摘    要:采用共沉淀法制备了多组分储氧材料ce0.5 Zr0.15 Y0.075 La0.075 O1.825。在以氨水和碳酸铵为共沉淀剂、聚乙二醇为表面活性剂、pH值约10.O、H202与Ce的摩尔比为1:1、聚乙二醇与氧化物的质量比为1:1、陈化温度为90℃的条件下,500℃煅烧时储氧材料的储氧量达587.0μmo1.g-1,1000℃煅烧时储氧量达399.9μmol·g-1。老化样品的储氧量远高于摩托车欧Ⅲ排放标准中对三效催化剂中储氧材料储氧性能的要求,且该储氧材料的储/放氧性能稳定。

Abstract:The multi-component oxygen storage material (OSM) Ce0. 2 Zr0.12 Y0. 072 La0. 072 A10. 2 O1.825 was prepared by coprecipitation method. When aqueous ammonia and ammonium carbonate were used as coprecipitation agents,polyethylene glycol (PEG) as surfactant,pH value was about 10.0,molar ratio of H2O2 to Ce was 1 · 1, mass ratio of PEG to oxide was 1 : 1 and aging temperature was 90 °C ,the oxygen storage capacity(OSC) for OSM calcined at 500 °C was as high as 587.0 btmol · g-1 ,while 399.9μmol· g-1 for OSM calcined at 1000 °C. The OSC for aged OSM was greater than the requirement value on OSM in three-way catalyst of motorcycle for Euro HI standard. This OSM was stable for storage and discharge of oxygen.
