摘    要:使用Autoform软件对某汽车制动踏板安装加强板的成形过程进了模拟仿真,采用正交实验法分析了模具间隙、压边力、摩擦系数和冲压速度对变薄率的影响,获得了最优工艺参数组合,有效解决了该加强板成形过程中出现的暗裂问题,对同类产品的生产工艺具有一定的参考价值.


Numerical simulation of forming process for brake pedal installed reinforcing plate based onAutoform
Abstract:The simulation has been conducted to the forming process forsome automobile brake pedal installed reinforcing plate by use of Autoform software.The orthogonal experiment method has been adopted to analyze the influence of die clearance,blank holder force,friction coefficient and pressing speed on the thinning ratio.The optimal combination of process parameters have been obtained,which can effectively solve the problem of unobvious crack in the forming process of the reinforcing plate.It has certain reference value for the production technology of similar products.
