经胸超声心动图在介入治疗房间隔缺损中的作用

目的：探讨经胸超声心动图在介入封堵治疗房间隔缺损术中的应用。方法：继发孔型房间隔缺损患者48例，使用经胸壁超声心动图进行患者筛选、多切面测量缺损大小、形态，选择封堵器型号，监测引导介入治疗过程。其中8例合并轻至中度肺动脉高压。结果：使用国产或AGA—Amplatzer闭合器，39例患者一次成功，一次成功率为81％。术后无并发症，肺动脉高压患者血流动力学指标得到改善。结论：在房间隔缺损封堵术中经胸超声心动图起着重要的作用，对合并动力性肺动脉高压患者疗效满意。

The evaluation of interventional treatment of ASD under the guidauce of transthoracic echocardiography

Objective:To discuss the clinic value of interventional treatment of ASD under the guidance of transthoracic echocardiography(TTE).Methods:TTE was used in forty-eight patients with secundum ASD for screening patients,measurement the size and form from multiple cut,selection the occluder size,monitoring and guidance during the whole operation.8 patients were with pulmonary hypertension.Results: All ASDs were successfully occluded using occlusion device.39 patients were succeed for one time.The parameter of hemodynamics of PH patients were improved and no complications occurred.Conclusions: TTE guidance is necessary for secundum ASD patients during the occluding operation.The effect is satisfied for ASD patients without resistance PH.
