摘    要:输油管道被打孔后将严重影响正常的石油运输,孔洞焊接修复时产生的残余应力以及修补结构等所造成的应力集中都将大大降低管道的承载能力,输油管道的损伤也将给安全生产带来巨大隐患。通过对某段打孔管道进行压力试验,测试了其在内压下应力应变的分布情况,为综合分析打孔管道的剩余强度、确定孔洞及其修复结构对管道安全性能所造成的影响提供了依据。

Abstract:Drilled hole generally caused serious effect on the transportation of oil.The drilled hole,the residual stress by welding repairs and the stress concentration by repairing structures would lead to distinct decrease of pipelines to bear internal pressure.It is very necessary to study the effects of such factors on the pipelines safety.The distribution of stress and strain on a segment of pipeline was tested.The segment had been heavily damaged by the drilled hole.The results provided evidences to analyze the residual strength the damaged pipeline and determine the pressure limit it can bear.
