| 摘 要： | 观察双特异性单克隆抗体介导的人单核－巨噬细胞在裸鼠体内对肝癌生长的抑制作用。用化学交联法制备双特异性单克隆抗体ＨＡｂ１８－ＭＡｂ７及ＨＡｂ１８Ｆ（ａｂ）２－ＭＡｂ７Ｆ（ａｂ＇＿２，并将其与单核－巨噬细胞－同注入荷人肝癌裸鼠体内，观察肿瘤体积的变化。

| Abstract: | bjectlve:To observe the antitumor effect of human monocytes-macrophages on nude mice bear-ing human hepatoma xtnografts mediated by HAb18-MAb7 and HAb1 8F(ab')_2-MAb7F(ab')_2.Methods:The bispecific monoclonal antibody(BsAb)HAb18-MAb7 and HAb18F(ab')_2-MAb7F(ab')_2 was cross-linked respectively using sulfydryl introducer.The BsAb and the human monocytes-macrophages were inject-ed in nude mice iv.After then to observe the growing speed of xenografts.Results:The growing speed of xenografts of the HAb18-MAb7 and HAb18F(ab')_2-MAb7F(ab')_2 groups were sIower than the control(P<0.01).The later was slower than the former.Conclusion:Both HAb18-MAb7 and HAb18F(ab')_2-MAb7F(ab')_2 had accurate antitumor effect mediated by human monocytes-macrophages.The effect of the later was greater than the former. |
