| 摘 要： | 目前化疗仍是中、晚期胃癌患者的主要治疗方法,影响疗效的关键问题之一是肿瘤的多药耐药性。对瘤组织而言,多药耐药是化疗失败的主要原因。此文就近年来有关胃癌多药耐药相关基因产物的临床研究作一综述。
