| 摘 要： | 目前，在整机系统上，HC／HCT类电路应用还十分广泛。严格测试电路的功能及交、直流参数十分必要。在多年测试实践基础上，文章提出了HC系列电路测试程序设计概要，对于一些关键测试技术亦作了较为详细地阐述。

| Abstract: | At present HC/HCT type of the device is applied widely in the control system. It is very necessity that testing strictly the function,electrical characteristics and switching characteristics of these devices. For many years,based on testing practice the paper introduces the summary of HC/HCT type of the device testing program design. It also expound some key testing technique in greater detail. |
