真空精炼控制模型中WINCC与定氧仪之间串口通信的实现

摘    要:论文以真空精炼控制模型为应用背景,介绍了以西门子WINCC作主站,贺利氏Multi-lab定氧仪从站的RS232机串口通信系统的网络构成,分析了Multi-lab的通信操作模式和读、写数据协议帧格式,以及WINCC调用MSComm控件进行串口通信的实现方法,并据此给出了通信系统的软件实现方法.

Abstract:This essay,based on vacuum refining control model,introduces the network structure of RS232 serial communication system,in which WINCC is the master station and Heraeus Multi-lab Oxygen and Temperature Measuring Unit is the substation.The communication operation mode and reading/writing data protocol frame format of Multi-lab is analyzed.The serial communication realization of WINCC calling MSComm control is also given.Then above these,the software realizing method of the communication system is figured out.
