智能配用电通信综合网管系统研究

摘    要:为解决智能配用电网中各种通信设备的集中运维与管理问题,提出了智能配用电综合网管系统。首先从智能配用电通信网建设的需求、网络结构出发,分析了该系统的被管网络范围;在电信管理网(telecom management network,TMN)体系结构基础上,提出了智能配用电通信网管系统的总体结构;根据智能配用电通信管理需求,详细分析了系统的主要功能以及接口范围;最后就混合组网管理、配网特有拓扑管理、云网管等关键技术展开深入分析,针对北向接口问题给出了相关建议。

Abstract:To solve the problem of concentrated operation,maintain and management of various communication facilities for smart power distribution and utilization grid,an integrated communication network management system for smart power distribution and utilization grid is proposed.Firstly,according to the requirements of constructing communication network for smart power distribution and utilization as well as the network structure,the range of managed network of the proposed system is analyzed;secondly,based on the architecture of telecom management network(TMN),the general structure of the network management system for communication of smart power distribution and utlilization is put forward;thirdly,according to the requirement of communication management for smart power distribution and utilization grid,main functions and interfaces are analyzed in detail;finally,the analysis on key techniques such as management of hybrid networking,management of specific topology for distribution network and cloud-based network management are performed in depth,and a suggestion related to northbound interface is given.
