宜宾市采供血现状分析

目的通过对宜宾市血液采集供应现状的分析,为进一步推动和完善无偿献血工作提供科学依据。方法对2008年宜宾市无偿献血者的年龄、职业分布、血液采集量、成分分离量、临床用血量情况进行统计和分析。结果无偿献血和大城市相比存在年龄、职业和地区差别,医疗机构成分用血因医院规模和质量水平存在差异,但成分用血的比例与发达地区差异无统计学意义。结论宜宾市的无偿献血者以公职人员为主,应大力加强无偿献血工作的宣传,特别是在基层地区以及其他职业人群中的宣传,以建立一支重复的固定无偿献血者队伍,从源头上保证临床输血安全、有效。同时提高基层医院的技术水平,提高科学用血、合理用血的水平。

Analysis of blood collection and supply in Yibin

Objective To offer scientific proof and improve blood donation without repayment by analyzing the situation of blood collection and supply of Yibin city. Methods To count and analyze the age,occupational distribution, the volume of blood collection, separation of the volume of components and the volume of blood for clinical usee of the volunteers. Results There is difference in age, occupation and region compared ribin city with big city and components of blood in medical institutions is different among hospitals with different size and quality level. There is no difference in ratio of components of blood compared with developed regions. Conclusion Public employees are the primary volunteer blood donation in Yibin city. To establish a repeated and fixed team of volunteer blood donation and guarantee the safety and validity in Clinical transfusion by strengthening the propaganda work of volunteer blood donation, especially in grass-roots areas and other oppupation.
