| 摘 要： | 网络民主是公民通过互联网络针对公共问题，参与政治生活的一种形式。网络民主作为信息时代的一种新兴的民主形式，必然对中国的政治发展和政党制度产生巨大的影响，网络民主是一把双刃剑，对我国政治发展和政党制度建设既是促进，也是挑战。作为新时期的执政党，一定要正确面对形势的变化，审时度势，转变观念，与时俱进地不断发展和完善中国特色政党制度的建设．让中国特色的民主政治迈上一个新的台阶。

| Abstract: | On network democracy citizens via the Internet for the public, a form of participation in political life. Network forms of democracy as an emerging democracy in the information age is bound to facilitate China＇s political development and political party system, which has a huge impact and networked democracy is regarded as a double-edged sword in China＇s political development and the construction of political system. |
