| 摘 要： | 目的针对高职实验教学培养目标，探讨高职医学专业生物化学实验教学新模式的实践与评价方法。方法从2007级高职医学专业学生中随机选择实验班和对照班，实验班采用新模式的实验内容、方法等进行实验教学，对照班采用传统的实验方法进行实验教学。学习结束时对两班学生进行问卷调查和实验考核。结果实验班的实验教学效果、学生实验操作技能及综合创新能力明显优于对照班（P〈0．01）。结论充分利用教学资源。提高实验教学质量，培养高职医学生的生物化学实验操作能力和综合创新能力；并可促进教师提高自身综合素质。
