摘    要:混合是固体火箭推进剂制造过程中的一个关键工序,需在线测量桨叶上的压力信号。为此,设计并实现了混合机桨叶状态的在线检测系统,对实现过程中的若干关键技术进行深入研究,系统通过了现场联调。最后对测试系统设计过程中存在的不足进行全面分析,对今后改进的方向,特别是采集速度的提高问题进行了探讨。

Abstract:Mix is a key step during the producing course of the propellant.It is very important for the mixture machine to make real-time pressure measure of blade condition.An on-line monitoring system was designed and realized,and some key technologies of system were discussed si-multaneously.This system was tested in the lab,and was utilized successfully in the factory.At last,the deficiency of the test system was analyzed,and some existed questions,especially the acquisition speed,were discussed.
